You don't need a yoga body or strength practice to be welcomed here.

Sustainable Fascia Practices.

Sustainable Fascia practices remind us we are not body parts.

We are whole, and we have always been.

Our practices are fascia-informed and accessible to anyone willing to show up with curiosity, love and reveal their own body wisdom.

Our practice is about remembering what it feels like to be at home in your body.

Free up your body, one breath, one wave at a time.

Stop pushing more.

Start revealing.

Revealing the strength, the softness, the fluidity, the wisdom, the power.

You are invited into a movement journey that speaks the native language of your connective tissues and honours your body's innate intelligence and capacity to heal itself.

We move beyond rigid, mechanical movement into something more holistic, more alive, where the practice becomes a conversation with your own body, not a performance for anyone else.

Your body is not a machine to be optimised. It is a living, breathing intelligence, and we're looking forward to supporting your journey, whether you're just starting out or deepening your practice.

Fascia is more than tissue.

It is a living matrix of connection and communication that runs through your entire body, linking every cell, every breath, every memory held in your body.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fascia is called the formless organ. Its rivers and pathways are understood as conduits for Qi, the life force that connects, nourishes, and enables communication across tissues, organs, and cells, from the inside out and the outside in.

Fascia is the bridge between science and soul, between intellect and intuition. It is the keeper of your life stories. Change your fascia, and you change how you move, how you feel, and how you show up in the world.

Our practices honour the intelligence and mystery of this self-organising body of yours, and invite you into a new way of understanding and regenerating yourself from the inside out.

Transporting your life force.

Meet your fascia.

Always stiff? You are not stuck.

You don't need to be more flexible.

Fascia Yoga

Fascia Flossing

Previously, we could only access fascia from the outside in, through deep tissue massage, foam rolling, or Rolfing.

Fascia Flossing works differently. It is the pendiculation technique, and flossing specifically was founded by Bonnie Crotzer, to transform the deepest tissues from the inside out, through targeted, accessible movements that speak the native language of this tissue.

The result is unwound patterns, released tension, restored ease, and space.

This practice is designed to target deep connective tissues, enhance mobility and Qi circulation, and promote nervous system health. But also learn to stack our body to achieve an organic posture that does not need to be held with force.

Expect a deeper exploration of movement and fascia health in the context of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, as we demonstrate our innate wholeness and intelligence!

This class is perfect for anyone looking to achieve extraordinarily healthy tissues, whatever age, and complement an active lifestyle.

Finally Yoga where you don't need a yoga body! A creative and dynamic practice designed to open, energise and inspire.

It is not your typical, fast-paced vinyasa flow.

Each class blends fascia flossing with mobility & strength, with time to connect and adjust.
Expect a flowy class with opportunities for self-expression, playful transitions, and deeper exploration of postures.

This class is perfect for anyone looking for a sustainable, non-traditional yoga practice. No one-armed handstands or bretzel shapes in our studio!

Why it matters beyond the mat.

Remembering that we are whole is remembering that our individual, collective and planetary wellbeing are not isolated but flow as one.

We move to reveal an effortless, organic posture, not to perform.
